Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations

 

You have the right to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched and receive a refund. However, due to a high volume of automated bot purchases and associated admin fees, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

 

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Returns section below.

 

By placing an order, you agree to this cancellation fee. This policy is in place to discourage non-genuine orders and to cover transaction and handling costs incurred when processing cancellations.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If your order qualifies under the 14-day cooling-off period and you return the item in the required condition, you are entitled to a full refund (minus any direct costs of return delivery if applicable).

 
 

Returns

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Some health and personal care items

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

• Intimate or sanitary goods

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

 

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

 

We may only grant partial refunds in the following cases:

• Items with obvious signs of use

• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, or vinyl records

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

If a parcel is returned to us by a shipping provider (e.g. Royal Mail) due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

 Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few working days.

 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Double-check your bank account

2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time for the refund to post

3. Contact your bank—processing times vary

Sale Items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email anthony.sharpe@pokesharpe.com

 

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, please contact us first at anthony.sharpe@Pokesharpe.comfor the return address and instructions.

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included unless legally required.

 

We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

 

 

Responsibility for Delays

 

Pokesharpe is not liable for supplementary costs incurred due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders beyond our control.
